How to Update Your Billing Details

In this Help Doc, you will find out how to update your billing information for payment plans and ongoing membership subscriptions.


If you are processing your payments through PayPal:

  1. Login to your PayPal Account & Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Money, Banks and Cards.
  3. Click Set Automatic Payments.
  4. Select the merchant (“Get Kinetic with Fani”).

On this page, you can Cancel the automatic payment, and Change the backup funding source.To changing your payment method:

  1. Select your current payment method.
  2. Select a new payment method or click link a new card or bank.
  3. Click Save.

If you are not processing your payments through PayPal & started your payment plan/subscription BEFORE May 2022:

Drop your email into the box below, then watch your inbox for a direct link to your secure portal with Stripe to update your CC info



If you are not processing your payments through PayPal & started your payment plan/subscription AFTER May 2022:

Simply search your inbox for your last receipt from ThriveCart – there’s a link at the bottom of every receipt where you can update your billing details.
